In mid-April 2019, Mythri Movie Makers, which teamed up with Sukumar in their past film Rangasthalam, formally declared the venture which was probably named as #SSMB26, consequently denoting their second cooperation with Babu and Sukumar. Babu, who enjoyed the story, gave a gesture to the project,and was accounted for to begin the shoot in the wake of finishing Vamshi Paidipally’s undertaking Maharshi (2019).
